Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS from us with your order details. If you don't receive this within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
As soon as your order is dispatched (within 1-2 business days), we will send you another email/SMS with your Tracking Number (AWB) and a link to the Xpressbees website. You can also log in to your Vashuqi customer account at any time to check your order status.
After placing your order, you can cancel it before dispatch. You may also email us at support@vashuqi.com or call us at +91-9650224875.
Shipping is absolutely FREE on all orders, for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) methods.
We process orders in 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. So, you can expect your order to arrive within 4-9 business days from the date of purchase. For more details, please read our full Shipping Policy.
Currently, Vashuqi only ships to serviceable pin codes within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We have a simple 7-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Yes! We offer FREE return shipping for all orders.
It's easy! You have two options: Email us: Send your Order Number to support@vashuqi.com. Use Your Account: Log in to your Vashuqi customer account, go to your order history, and select "Request Return."
We issue a full refund to your original payment method. For COD orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account. Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. For full details, please read our Return & Refund Policy.
We accept all major payment methods, including: Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay) UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) Net Banking Wallets Cash on Delivery (COD) All our online payments are securely processed by Razorpay.
We offer COD at no extra charge, but it is not available for all pin codes due to courier limitations. To check if COD is available for your address, please enter your pin code on the product page before adding to your cart.

This is the beauty of handmade! Our chikankari and embroidery pieces are crafted by artisans. As a result, slight variations in patterns, stitching, and color are natural. This makes your item unique and is not considered a defect.
