We offer a 7-day return window, free return shipping, and a full refund on all items.

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

  • Item Eligibility: All items on our site are eligible for a return.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition. All original tags must be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: It's on us! We provide free, pre-paid return shipping for all returns.


How to Start Your Return (Step-by-Step)

You have two easy options to initiate your return:

Option 1: By Email

  1. Send an email to our support team at support@vashuqi.com.

  2. Please include your Order Number (e.g., #VS1001) and the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Our team will review your request and reply with a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions.

Option 2: Via Your Customer Account

  1. Log in to your customer account on our store.

  2. Navigate to your "Order History" and select the order containing the item(s) you want to return.

  3. Follow the prompts to "Request Return."

  4. Once approved, you will receive an email with your pre-paid return shipping label and instructions.


Full Refund Process

Once your returned item is received at our facility, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions (unworn, tags attached, etc.).

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Method: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., back to your credit card, bank account, or Razorpay wallet). No fees will be deducted.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and to reflect in your account.


Exceptions & Special Notes

  • Handmade Items: Many of our ethnic wear pieces, especially those with chikankari and embroidery, are handmade by artisans. Slight variations in color, pattern, and craftsmanship are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@vashuqi.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue immediately.
