1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Gurugram, Haryana.

  • We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days.

  • Our business days are Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Carrier & Timelines

  • Shipping Partner: We ship all orders exclusively through our trusted logistics partner, Xpressbees.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order is processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days for most locations across India.

Disclaimer: These timelines are estimates. Deliveries to remote locations or areas with limited connectivity (e.g., Northeast, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar) may take longer. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, public holidays, or courier-side issues.

3. Shipping Fees & COD

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders, with no minimum order value.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at no extra charge.

    • Serviceability: COD is not available for all pin codes in India due to courier limitations.

    • You can check if COD is available for your address by entering your pin code on the product page or at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS, which will include:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. Your Tracking Number (AWB)

  3. A link to track your order on the Xpressbees website.

You can also log in to your Vashuqi customer account to check your order status at any time.

5. Serviceable Areas

  • We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India.

  • If our courier partner (Xpressbees) does not service your pin code, we will notify you, and your order will be automatically cancelled with a full refund (if prepaid).

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship to locations outside of India.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address (including the correct pin code and phone number).

Vashuqi is not responsible for orders lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin) because of an incorrect address, we will contact you. Additional fees may apply for reshipping the order.
