1. Payment Security

Your security is our highest priority.

  • Secure Platform: Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., a platform that is Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

  • SSL Encryption: Our entire website, including the checkout and payment pages, is secured using industry-standard 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. You can verify this by looking for the "https_://" and the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.

  • Secure Gateway: We use Razorpay as our trusted and secure payment gateway. Vashuqi does not collect or store your credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. All payment information is securely transmitted directly to Razorpay's encrypted servers.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a wide range of payment methods for your convenience.

Prepaid Orders (via Razorpay)

We accept the following payment methods, all processed securely through Razorpay:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)

  • Net Banking: (All major Indian banks)

  • UPI: (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other BHIM UPI apps)

  • Wallets: (Paytm, Mobikwik, and other wallets supported by Razorpay)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at no extra charge.

  • Serviceability: Please note that COD is not available for all pin codes in India due to the service limitations of our courier partner, Xpressbees.

  • How to Check: To check if COD is available for your address, please enter your pin code on the product page. The COD option will be automatically enabled or disabled at checkout based on your location.

3. Pricing & Currency

  • Currency: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Taxes: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (like GST), which will be calculated based on your shipping address and added to your order total at checkout.

  • Final Price: The final amount (including product cost, taxes, and any shipping fees, if applicable) will be clearly displayed on the payment page before you complete your transaction. There are no hidden fees.

4. Order Confirmation

After you have successfully completed your payment (for prepaid orders) or placed your order (for COD), you will be redirected to an order confirmation page on our website.

Simultaneously, an order confirmation email and receipt will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This email will contain your order number (e.g., #VS1001) and a summary of your purchase.

5. Payment Issues

If your payment is declined or fails, please try the following:

  1. Double-check your card number, expiry date, and CVV.

  2. Ensure your bank or card issuer has not blocked the transaction.

  3. Try an alternative payment method.

If payment is deducted from your account, but you do not receive an order confirmation, please do not re-order. Contact our support team immediately at support@vashuqi.com with your transaction details, and we will resolve the issue.
