Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products—including ethnic wear, chikankari, embroidery, cotton, formal, and casual wear—to you.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

3. Products and Pricing

We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors, craftsmanship (like chikankari and embroidery), and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Price Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (like GST), which will be added at checkout.

  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • Product Availability: All sales are subject to stock availability.

4. Payment

We accept payment through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Full payment is required before any order is processed and dispatched.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Provider: We process our deliveries through our logistics partner, Xpressbees.

  • Delivery Times: Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (Xpressbees).

  • Address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to an incorrect address.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Our return and refund policy is available on our Return & Refuend Policy page.

  • All returns must be initiated within 7 Days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags attached.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item does not meet our return criteria.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VASHUQI and its founder, Avnish Bhardwaj. The brand name Vashuqi, the tagline "Fashion for every soul," our logos, product designs, photographs, and text are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of VASHUQI.
