Take one of your favorite, similar-fitting garments, lay it flat, and measure it as follows:

LENGTH: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem.
SHOULDER: Measure from one shoulder seam to the other, across the back.
SLEEVE LENGTH: Measure from the shoulder seam down to the end of the cuff.
